Cancellation Policy:
At Love Your Hair Extensions Salon, we value our clients' time and strive to maintain a smooth, efficient scheduling process. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if you fail to show up, a service fee will apply. This fee helps to compensate for the time lost and any disruption caused to our schedule. We understand that emergencies can occur, and will address such cases on an individual basis.
Refund Policy:
We are dedicated to providing high-quality hair extension services tailored to your needs, and we stand by the work we do. However, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.
If you have any concerns or questions about your service, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to address any issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
New Appointment Deposit:
For all new hair set appointments, including Nano Weft and Tape-in services, a $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we will gladly reschedule for a more convenient date. The remaining balance for your service will be due on the day of your appointment.
Payment for Services:
For your convenience, we accept debit card payments or direct bank transfers for both maintenance and new application services. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please provide a copy of your payment confirmation at the end of your appointment.
Outstanding Balances:
All balances must be paid in full at the conclusion of your appointment. We do not offer extensions for payments, and any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
Disclaimers:
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to your natural hair or scalp during the maintenance process, as long as our professionals follow industry standards and guidelines.
The success and longevity of your hair extensions depend on proper care and maintenance. Failure to follow our recommended maintenance guidelines or to attend scheduled appointments may result in adverse effects. We are not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance with our care instructions.
General Store Policies:
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we have adequate time to provide the highest quality service.
Personal Items: Love Your Hair Extensions Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

2. No Show / Missed Appointments Over 4 Months: If you fail to attend your maintenance appointment or miss more than one scheduled appointment within a 4-month period, we reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship and discontinue providing hair extension services to you.

- Extension Integrity: Without regular maintenance, hair extensions can become tangled, matted, or damaged. This can lead to a more complicated removal process and may require premature replacement.
- Natural Hair Health: Neglecting maintenance appointments can cause unnecessary stress on your natural hair. Extensions left untreated can lead to hair breakage or thinning due to tension or improper care.
- Scalp and Skin Health: Extensions that aren’t regularly checked can lead to scalp irritation, discomfort, or buildup of products, which can affect the health of both your scalp and hair.
- Long-Term Cost: Postponing maintenance can result in damage that is more expensive to repair. Neglecting your extensions and natural hair can lead to issues that require more intensive care and treatment.
