POLICIES
Bookings & Appointments
All appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To maintain fairness for all clients and to respect our time, the following booking policies apply.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a service fee.
Deposits
All new hair extension set appointments require a $150 deposit to secure the booking.
• Deposit is deducted from the total on the day
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If rescheduled with sufficient notice, deposit transfers to your new booking
Payments
All payments must be finalised on the day of your appointment.

Maintenance Requirements
Hair extensions require regular maintenance to protect both your natural hair and the integrity of the extensions.
• Maintenance required every 6–8 weeks (or as advised)
• Missing maintenance may lead to matting, tension or hair damage
• LYHE may be unable to continue extension services if maintenance is repeatedly missed
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final. No refunds for change of mind.
